My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms are attractively furnished, with generous-sized beds and lovely traditional Viennese decorations. The breakfast on the top floor with champagne is a special touch. However, there were some service hiccups including missing room refreshments one day.

The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, with staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient for public transportation but lacked charm in the immediate surroundings. The dining experience was decent but could use more variety. Overall, a relaxed atmosphere with some room for improvement.

The hotel room was very small, but surprisingly very comfortable, providing everything I needed such as a cozy bed, easily adjustable windows, convenient bathroom heating, adequate clothes hangers, pleasant garden view, and most importantly, a peaceful atmosphere without any noise disturbances.
